I am a Counselling Psychologist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe that every individual has a unique story, shaped by their experiences, relationships, strengths, and struggles. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore those experiences openly, gain deeper self-awareness, and feel supported throughout your journey toward healing and growth. Over the course of my practice, I have had the privilege of supporting more than 150 clients from diverse backgrounds, ranging in age from 14 to 50 years, and have delivered over 1000 hours of therapy. This experience has allowed me to work with individuals facing a wide variety of emotional, interpersonal, and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, personality-related challenges, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions. Each person's journey is different, and I believe therapy should honour that individuality rather than follow a standardized approach. My therapeutic style is integrative and client-centred, meaning I adapt therapy to suit your unique needs, goals, strengths, and pace. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Psychodynamic principles. This allows us to explore not only your current concerns but also the deeper patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be influencing how you think, feel, and respond to life's challenges. At the same time, I believe therapy should equip you with practical strategies and skills that you can confidently apply in your everyday life. For me, therapy is much more than solving problems, it's about building a genuine therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I create an environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself without fear of judgment, knowing that your experiences will be met with compassion and respect. Together, we work to better understand your emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen your existing strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's complexities.
