About

Meet your therapist.

I believe that every person's story deserves to be heard with empathy, curiosity, and without judgment. Each individual brings a unique life experience, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they make sense of their emotions, relationships, and personal journeys. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be your authentic self where you can explore your thoughts openly, feel genuinely understood, and know that you are not alone in facing life's challenges. My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in psychodynamic principles, which helps me understand the deeper patterns, early life experiences, unconscious processes, and relationship dynamics that influence the way we think, feel, and behave today. I believe that lasting change often begins with gaining insight into these underlying experiences. At the same time, I recognize that understanding alone is not always enough. This is why I integrate solution-focused and evidence-based approaches, helping clients not only explore the roots of their concerns but also develop practical strategies to navigate present-day challenges and create meaningful, sustainable change. Rather than following a single therapeutic model, I tailor each session to the individual sitting in front of me. I believe therapy should be flexible and collaborative, adapting to your unique needs, goals, strengths, and pace. Whether you're seeking deeper self-understanding, relief from emotional distress, or practical tools for managing everyday difficulties, our work together will be guided by what feels most helpful and meaningful for you. Over the course of my practice, I have had the privilege of supporting more than 600 individuals through a wide range of emotional, interpersonal, and psychological concerns. My work includes helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and personality-related issues. Throughout this journey, I have seen how resilience often emerges when people are given the opportunity to understand themselves with compassion and develop healthier ways of coping. My aim is to equip clients with skills and insights that not only address current concerns but also foster long-term emotional well-being, resilience, and self-awareness. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. Together, we work to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, build on your existing strengths, and create lasting changes that align with your values and aspirations. I believe meaningful growth happens at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, and I strive to ensure that every step of the therapeutic process is guided by trust, respect, and genuine collaboration. Alongside my clinical work, I am deeply passionate about mentoring aspiring psychologists and contributing to the growth of the mental health profession. Through training, supervision, and academic mentorship, I enjoy supporting students and early-career professionals as they build both their clinical knowledge and confidence. I believe that nurturing future mental health professionals ultimately strengthens the quality of care available to those seeking support. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist from Ekaa. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy from The Gottman Institute, USA, which has strengthened my work with couples and relationships by equipping me with evidence-based tools to improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Whether I am working with individuals, couples, or mentoring future psychologists, my purpose remains the same to develop a compassionate, accepting, and empowering space where people feel heard, supported, and encouraged to better understand themselves, heal from life's challenges, and grow into the most authentic version of themselves.
