About
Meet your therapist.
I am an enthusiastic believer in the power of psychology, human resilience, and the mind's remarkable ability to heal and grow. I believe that every individual has the capacity to overcome challenges, discover inner strengths, and create meaningful change when provided with the right support, understanding, and therapeutic space. This belief continues to shape my approach to therapy and fuels my passion for helping people navigate life's complexities with greater clarity and confidence. With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and qualification in the UGC-NET examination, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through evidence-based, compassionate mental health care. Over the course of my practice, I have completed more than 3,000 hours of therapy, working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a diverse range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centred, recognizing that no single approach works for everyone. I thoughtfully draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Family Counseling, Couple Counseling, and Grief Therapy, carefully adapting these approaches to suit each client's unique experiences, strengths, goals, and cultural context. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I believe therapy should be as individual as the person seeking it. I work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem concerns, stress, life transitions, interpersonal conflicts, and adjustment difficulties. I also support couples and families in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships. At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy is much more than applying techniques, it is about creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, authenticity, and trust, empowering clients to develop deeper self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, respect, and evidence-based guidance, helping you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
