About
Meet your therapist.
Being a Counselling Psychologist, I work with adolescents, adults, and working professionals navigating a wide range of emotional, psychological, and interpersonal challenges. I believe that every individual carries a unique story, shaped by their experiences, relationships, and personal strengths. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted—without fear of judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out. I understand that seeking therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process feel as safe, collaborative, and comfortable as possible. I believe healing begins when people feel emotionally safe enough to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. My role is not to provide all the answers but to walk alongside you as we make sense of your experiences, identify patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you. I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace stress, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, life transitions, burnout, adjustment challenges, and interpersonal conflicts. Whether you're struggling with the demands of work, navigating changes in relationships, processing difficult life experiences, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to provide practical support while helping you build greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. My therapeutic approach is holistic, evidence-based, and client-centred, recognising that no two people experience challenges in the same way. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and pace. I integrate approaches including Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. This allows us to combine deeper emotional exploration with practical tools that can help you navigate everyday challenges more effectively and create meaningful, lasting change. I have a particular interest in supporting working professionals, recognising the unique pressures that can arise from balancing career demands with personal well-being. Whether you're experiencing workplace stress, burnout, difficulties maintaining work-life balance, career uncertainty, interpersonal challenges at work, or feeling emotionally exhausted, I draw on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and principles commonly used in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to help you build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and enhance your overall psychological well-being while maintaining your professional goals. For me, therapy is built on trust, empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that meaningful change happens when individuals feel empowered to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, improve their relationships, and reconnect with what gives their life purpose and meaning. My aim is to create a space where you feel supported not only during difficult times but also as you continue to grow, heal, and build a life that feels balanced and aligned with your values. Alongside my clinical practice, I am passionate about contributing to the growth of future mental health professionals. As the Internship Coordinator at Inspiron, I mentor psychology interns as they transition from academic learning to clinical practice. I enjoy guiding them in developing clinical skills, reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and professional confidence, while helping them bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world therapeutic experiences.
