Over the years, I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), addiction-related concerns, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and various life transitions. My focus is not only on helping clients manage symptoms but also on understanding the underlying patterns that contribute to their struggles, empowering them with practical tools to build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
