About

Meet your therapist.

I believe that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. As a Counselling Psychologist, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I work with teenagers, young adults, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, life transitions, and addiction. My approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, allowing me to address both present-day challenges and the deeper emotional patterns that influence them. I believe therapy is not just about overcoming difficulties but also about fostering self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful personal growth. Together, we will work toward developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening relationships, and creating lasting positive change. Beyond therapy, I serve as the Community Events and Social Media Lead, where I design mental health awareness initiatives, workshops, and campaigns to make conversations around emotional well-being more accessible. I am passionate about reducing stigma and creating spaces where people feel empowered to seek support.

How Ridhi helps

Supporting people with a compassionate and humanistic approach to make them understand themselves a little better is a key belief I hold and reminding them that it’s okay not to have everything figured out is a common language of mine. I believe growth happens through connection, curiosity, and self-compassion. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, compassion, and authenticity, helping you build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with your values.
