My practice is guided by an eclectic and developmentally sensitive framework, allowing me to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-informed strategies, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT)-informed techniques, mindfulness-based practices, solution-focused approaches, and supportive counselling methods to help clients achieve their personal and emotional goals. In addition to individual counselling, I facilitate psychoeducational and group-based interventions that promote emotional awareness, self-expression, social connectedness, and resilience.
