About
Meet your therapist.
I am a Counselling Psychologist and Behavioural Therapist, and I work with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I believe that every person deserves a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. I help in navigate life's challenges while discovering your strengths and building a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling. I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem and body image concerns, women's mental health issues, bullying, behavioural difficulties, neurodevelopmental concerns, and major life transitions. I am also passionate about supporting children's social and emotional development, helping them build healthy coping skills, confidence, emotional awareness, and positive relationships from an early age. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and deeply client-centred because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every individual brings their own story, experiences, and strengths, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based interventions, Person-Centred Therapy, art-based techniques, and psychodrama. Depending on what you need, our sessions may involve reflective conversations, practical skill-building, creative expression, experiential activities, or structured therapeutic exercises that support meaningful change. For me, therapy is much more than understanding why we think or feel a certain way, it is about helping you create lasting, positive changes in your everyday life. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen your existing resources, and develop practical tools that help you navigate future challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I help in creating a warm, transparent, and empowering therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely accepted, and I aim to ensure that every session leaves you feeling supported, understood, and equipped with something valuable to take into your daily life. Alongside my clinical practice, I enjoy facilitating psychoeducational workshops, group programmes, and community mental health initiatives. I strongly believe that mental health awareness should extend beyond the therapy room, and I am passionate about creating conversations that make psychological knowledge more approachable, relatable, and accessible for people from all walks of life.
