About
Meet your therapist.
I believe that every individual deserves a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Seeking support can often feel like a difficult first step, and I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted, regardless of what you are going through. I believe that healing begins when people feel understood, and I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care throughout your therapeutic journey. As an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's emotional and psychological challenges while empowering them to discover their strengths and build meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in the understanding that every person's experiences, values, and goals are unique. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and adapted to what works best for each individual. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, addiction-related challenges, behavioural issues, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Whether you are facing overwhelming emotions, struggling with unhealthy patterns, navigating personal or professional challenges, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I help in providing a supportive space where you can gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward the life you want to create. My therapeutic style is eclectic and client-centred, allowing me to integrate a variety of evidence based approaches based on your individual needs and therapeutic goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and reshape unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) to strengthen motivation and support lasting behavioural change, particularly in areas where clients may feel uncertain or ambivalent, and Behaviour Modification techniques to encourage healthier habits and adaptive coping strategies. By combining these approaches thoughtfully, I strive to ensure that therapy is both insightful and practical, providing you with tools that can be applied in your everyday life. Beyond therapeutic techniques, I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. I value building a strong foundation of trust, collaboration, and mutual respect, where you feel comfortable expressing yourself without fear of judgment. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to work alongside you in understanding your experiences, exploring your strengths, and supporting you as you move toward your personal goals.
