About
Meet your therapist.
I am an RCI-certified Clinician having an experience that spans across hospitals, mental health centres, and educational settings. I have had the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, children, and couples navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. I help with comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties, adjustment challenges, relationship concerns, and trauma-related difficulties. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, recognizing how life experiences shape emotional well-being and tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and circumstances. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, as well as psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives. While these evidence-based approaches guide my work, I believe that meaningful therapeutic change begins with genuine human connection. For me, therapy is built on warmth, empathy, curiosity, and compassion, with therapeutic techniques serving as tools that support the relationship rather than define it. I help in creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. I believe that healing happens through a relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and mutual respect. Together, we can work towards gaining insight, building resilience, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your personal values and goals. In addition to individual therapy, I conduct psychoeducational workshops, training programmes, and group interventions for students, interns, and mental health professionals. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and believe that learning, reflection, and continuous growth are essential parts of both personal well-being and professional practice.
